As a Neo4j AuraDB or AuraDS customer, if you encounter a problem and require assistance, there is the Help menu on the Aura console.
The Help menu contains links to our official documentation, free self-paced online training, community forum, Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal, and service status page.
If you are a Neo4j Aura Enterprise or Professional tier customer, you have access to the Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal. Read on for guidance on how to raise a support ticket for the Neo4j Aura Support team.
To access the Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal from the Aura Console, click the Help menu and select the Support option from the drop-down.
Once in the Neo4j Aura Customer Support Portal, you should take the opportunity to search technical articles related to your issue via the Search box. You will also find links to various categories in the main body of the page and also have the ability to raise a support ticket by clicking on the Create new ticket button, which appears near the top of the page and also at the bottom, if you scroll down.
