As a free or professional tier customer, if you encounter a problem when using Neo4j Aura and require some assistance, there is the GET HELP menu on the Aura console.
The GET HELP menu contains links to documentation, free self-paced online training, community forum, Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal and also the service status page.
In this particular article we will be dealing with the Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal and specifically how to raise a ticket for the Neo4j Aura Support team.
To access the Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal from the console, click on the GET HELP menu and select the Support option from the drop down.
Once in the Neo4j Aura Customer Support portal tab / window, there is the ability to search technical articles related to your issue via the Search box, links to various categories in the main body of the page and also the ability to raise a support ticket by clicking on the Create new ticket button, which appears near the top of the page and also at the bottom, if you scroll down.
