Edit/View mode toggle missing in Bloom for Aura Instances

Issue:

When accessing Bloom for Aura instances, the option to toggle between Edit and View modes (Edit/View mode) is missing:

Cause:

This behaviour is expected. Edit\View Mode is needed for the Scene feature, and it is available when the Neo4j DB has the Bloom Plugin. The Bloom Plugin is not present in Aura instances.
