On top of the regular backups Aura offers the possibility to download an Export file (aka a database Dump) locally. A database Dump is different from a backup but essentially offers the ability to recover your data at a certain point in time.
Currently Dumps are triggered to be produced at the same time as back-ups and can be downloaded via the Aura console when you click on the database name and select the BACKUPS tab:
Download of the Export (Dump)

The download will get the file called graph.db.dump to your local machine.
Uploading a Dump (Export) file to Aura
Caution: Uploading an export of the database to Aura will REPLACE all the data.
To upload a dump via the Neo4j Desktop you will need the "Neo4j Cloud Tool" that can be downloaded here.
