How to cancel an Aura account ?

Neo4j considers all customer data "mission critical", and as such can not cancel any account that has an AuraDB/AuraDS instance running. In order to cancel your account, you must first log into the Neo4j Aura portal and destroy any running AuraDB/AuraDS instances via the following process:

1. Navigate to Neo4j Aura
2. Click the name of your AuraDB/AuraDS Instance
3. Select the Settings tab underneath your AuraDB/AuraDS Instance
4. Click the red Delete button
5. Type {{ The Name Of The AuraDB/AuraDS Instance }} into the text box
6. Click the red Destroy button
7. Repeat steps 1 - 6 for all running AuraDB/AuraDS Instances

Once you have deleted all running AuraDB/AuraDS Instances, no further charges will accumulate on your account and your account is cancelled.
