Unable to Browse or Query an Aura instance from the Console During Update

Explore, Query and Import in the Aura Console might be disabled temporarily.

These operations are disabled when the instance is under maintenance (updating).
This mostly happens when we are pushing patches/updates from our end.
The instance will be back to normal once the maintenance is complete.

You can continue querying the instance through Neo4j Bloom, Browser, or any other Neo4j client.

You can use the following direct URLs for your instance, just replace the DBID with the desired instance.

• Browser https://<DBID>.databases.neo4j.io/browser
• Bloom https://bloom.neo4j.io/index.html?connectURL=neo4j%2Bs%3A%2F%2F<DBID>.databases.neo4j.io 
• Workspace https://workspace-preview.neo4j.io/workspace/query
  If you cannot connect to the instance through any means, it most likely indicates that the instance is Offline. Please contact our Support team for further assistance.
