Reset Neo4j Aura Console User Authentication from Email Username / Password to Console SSO

When signing up for Neo4j Aura, you create an account to access the Neo4j Aura Console.  This can be done using email (username) and password, by using google authentication.  After setting up console SSO you want to change to using SSO for console access.

To change from email and password to Console SSO

1) Open a support ticket with Neo4j Aura at http://aura.support.neo4j.com.  Notify Aura support of your email and the request.  Also, let Aura support know you have logged all browsers out of the console.

2) Aura Support will reset your authentication method and notify you in the support ticket.

3) You can then use the login link https://console.neo4j.io/ with the same email address you will be redirected to IDP provider.
