If your organization has enabled single sign-on (SSO) for Aura Console login, then by default, all accounts within your Identity Provider (IDP) tenant that are granted access to the Aura Console application will have access to your enterprise Aura Console. Therefore, it is essential to establish access controls for your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) applications. Below are the steps for configuring access management for an Azure AD application:
-
Sign In to Azure Portal:
-
Navigate to Enterprise Application: from the top search box, search for "enterprise application"
-
Select the application used for Aura Console SSO
-
Navigate to Properties, Change the Assignment required? To Yes
-
Navigate to Users and Groups -> Add user/group
- Save changes and test your application's accessibility.
