In the event that you unintentionally delete your Aura Database, no self-service option is currently available to recover it.
However, there are two alternative ways to recover your data:
- If you have a local backup, you can utilise it to restore the data into a newly created Aura Database.
- If you don't have a backup, please get in touch with our support team and submit a ticket requesting restoration (Not applicable to Free Tier instances).
It is important to note that deleting the Aura Database will result in the loss of instance snapshots. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a straightforward method to restore these snapshots to another instance.
Nevertheless, we can restore a specific snapshot from a particular date and time to your new database. In the event of an unintentional database deletion, please contact our support team promptly so that we can assist you.
