Most Instance level operations in the Aura Console might be disabled temporarily.
These operations are disabled when the instance is under maintenance.
This mostly happens when we are pushing patches/updates from our end.
The instance will be back to normal once the maintenance is complete.
You can continue querying the instance through Neo4j Bloom, Browser, or any other Neo4j client.
If you cannot connect to the instance through any means, it most likely indicates that the instance is Offline. Please contact our Support team for further assistance.
The rest of the operations, like Pause and Resize, can only be performed after maintenance.
The time taken for the maintenance depends on multiple factors, like the size of the instance and the update being deployed during the maintenance activity. However, it shouldn't take more than a few hours.
