Working as a team on your Aura database means you may need restrict or limit access to some members. Currently the Aura console is shared only via Aura Enterprise. To limit or control access to Browser, Bloom or the databases you have some ways to work as a a team.
You can access the databases via your web browser by using a direct URL and identifying with the username and password for the database in question:
https://[dbid].databases.neo4j.io/browser/ (replace [dbid] accordingly)
If for convenience you prefer to use Desktop, this is another option.
You can access Bloom via your web browser by using a direct URL and identifying with the username and password for the database in question:
https://bloom.neo4j.io/index.html?connectURL=neo4j%2Bs%3A//[dbid].databases.neo4j.io (replace [dbid] accordingly )
You should create different users if you want to have traceability of a given user's actions.
To benefit from full RBAC you need to subscribe to the Aura Enterprise tier and associate roles where you can control user's ability to edit/view. See more information here (Aura Enterprise only) :
For a developer to work on the database you can access directly access via code using the drivers or you can run cypher via cypher-shell.
