Currently, if you purchase Aura (AuraDB/DS) from the GCP marketplace, it is not possible to migrate an instance between accounts within a single operation.
As it stands, Aura accounts cannot be made aware of multiple GCP accounts via the GCP console.
Instead, you will need to proceed via downloading a Dump and importing it to your instance that belongs to the new GCP account.
